The kitchen has a new stove! While we love to celebrate the history of camp, the old stoves were very much ready for retirement. The new one still has two big ovens to fit our baker’s trays, but they are combined in one unit instead of two so that everything fits properly under the hood. We decided to keep the griddle top since so many people enjoy using it, but we’ve parted ways with the rusty old can that used to collect the scrapings (if you look carefully, you can see a fancy grease collector attached on the griddle side).
Happy cooking!
